I have recently been contacted by the "owner" of the shop. I was told by her that she hadn't recieved ANY of my inquiries or requests due to incompetent management. I can't wait to see where this goes after we have a "face to face". I can say this for certain, though, the manager in question is "under investigation" for various other SERIOUS CRIMES including against the shop.

That mgr is no longer employed by Great Clips (as of yesterday) and there may be "some" credibility but that still doesn't explain "where did all my earning reports go?" AND WHY THE F@#CK WERE MY HOURS CUT BACK TO ZIPPO?AND "WHY ARE THERE "NEW" EMPLOYEES WORKING MY "PROMISED SHIFTS??? During this "hour of CRISIS", I have told the new MGR. and the OWNER that I will (due to recent firings, quittings, etc.) work around the clock "this week"just as I did in the beginning of "grand opening".

I "FULLY SUPPORT THE NEW MGR AND I CONSIDER MY LOYALTIES TO HER" I WILL DO THIS FOR HER BUT, AFTER I BUST MY a*s THIS WEEK I EXPECT TO BE COMPENSATED BY #1: correcting my wage and earnings statements retro. #2 GIVE ME MY F#*KING HOURS W/FULL- BENEFITS and,#3 last but not least, a "credible" apology for RIPPING ME OFF! If this doesn't go over with "decency" and "honesty" I'ma postin' pictures! Til' next week.
