I hired Great Expectations to replace windows in my home in November 2001. They actually did the job, but there was one issue left unresolved, namely, a regular window was installed in a bathroom where we had ordered an obscured glass window. The company promised to get us the replacement as per our contract, but they never did.

I have been completely unsuccessful trying to contact them over the phone. The sales rep whom we spoke with, a man called Conrad Will, is unreachable at the phone numbers on his card (they are all disconnected). The toll free number reaches an answering service for "Master Windows". They are of no help. I even called them to solicit an estimate on a siding job. No calls were ever returned.

I read Rip-Off report #18017, and I hope the author of that report can let me know more about what info she has gotten in her investigations....
