Great Expectations RIPOFF NO CANCELLATION STILL CHARGING FOR NO SERVICE SSCHAUMBURG Illinois
I have to say they are very good at sales, I fell for at a very vulnerable stage in my life. in May 2007 They told me they would only offer to me the price then and there, so I signed, but I called them in 3 days that my immigration status may not let me stay in this country after 2 months, they told me they could put it on hold. I also cancelled my picture shooting
Then in June I noticed they billed me the monthly fee on my credit card, so I called and told them I had not started using their ervice or anyting.
Now I found out I have to leave this country in August, I wanted to cancel my membership, Keith, the saleman, manager told me there is just NO WAY to cancel it, I have to pay each month for 2 years. He was really rude on the phone, saying he did not make the rule, then I asked I wanted to talk to someone who can listen to what I have to say and make a desision, he said the decision maker will not want to see me.
I asked him "Dose someone need to continue to pay for something he is not able to use due to change of circumstances, for example, he / she found someone and got married on their own" Keith said yes, that person has to paid even they got married.
This company's service is a TOTAL RIP-OFF.
Now I am trying to get legal advice and sue them
