Complaint Review: Great Fusion Hair

Ok i have seen Mandy before a year ago and i was satisfied with the results,  but this time when i went to get my extensions done again they turned out Horrible! i was expecting smooth, natural hair instead i got tangly, dry, over-processed hair that was supposedly "virgin"  this was a total rip-off and i paid 1000$ for the hair that was the worst quality on the market. I notified Mandy about this and she told me to come back in and that she would put treatment in my hair so that it would feel better. Instead of making things better she charged me another 65$ for this treatment and some shampoos  which didn't change ANYTHING my hair is super tangly, dry, frizzy, cant even run my fingers through it. Its a nightmare and all i am thinking about  now is how to get rid of it. I am very disappointed with her and the hair  and would not recommend this place.
