A claim was field March 10, 2010 for car repair. The amount was only $250.00

The claim was approved and I was given a confirmation number and the rep. mentioned that I should receive the check within 60 days. To date I have not received such check.
I called Great Lakes Warranty and spoke with one of the claim reps. He mentioned that my issue went to their legal dept. since a complaint was filed to Better Business Bureau. For $200., they can't even reimburse. I paid over $2,000 for my warranty and this is my first claim. This company doesn't know the meaning of "Customer-Centered" approach. If you look in the Better Business Bureau website, one of their comments is to ask Great Lakes to fix their time to reimburse.
Apparently, this is now working till now. I've also contacted 7 on your side recently.
I'm awaiting their response. But for you folks looking for extended warranty for your vehicle, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!
