Complaint Review: Great Leads LLC

Great Leads, LLC is a virtual telecommunications company who buys leads from various sources and hires work at home agents to cold call the individuals for companies such as First Financial Freedom, Explore College, and other companies.  They hire agents using the means of an "Independant Contractor" contract and pay by 1099.  They pay you 2 times a month on the 1st and the 15th, and the checks are always late or do not come at all. They give you an option of using paper check by mail or paypal who charges you 3.99 percent for using the service.  They give excuses as "changing banks" and "US mail timetable uncertainty" as to why you don't receive your check or bounce check.  If you finally have had enough with this scam company and decide to quit, they will ensure a reason is made up to attempt to keep your last check and whatever bonuses you are owed in the desperate hope you will not spend the time and effort required to get it from them legally.  This company is a rip off, and stay clear of them.
