I was looking to purchase a RF detector and found that this website was selling counter surveillance item significantly cheaper than the other online companies. When I called a lady with a philipino accent answered all she was told to do was take orders in that she knew absolutely nothing about the products the company was selling. So god forbid you have some questions before you buy you get transferred to a guy by the name of Mr Anderson. Now all 34 times I contacted this company the philipino lady who goes by Amelia and Mr Anderson are the only 2 people that I have ever spoke to. Anderson said he has been in the business for 40 years and his company makes its own items which is why they can offer wholesale prices. He went on to say that he regularly sells to the CIA, FBI, NSA and various police departments. His website is full of fake customer testimonials. So I purchased the item. When I received it I got a packet of info that was trying to get me to buy a whole counter surveillance package for $900 it read like a get rich quick pamphlet in that it said with this equipment I could start my own business and charge people $1000 a room to sweep for bugs. All I wanted was the RF detector. Prior to purchase he promised a 1 year parts warranty and lifetime phone support. Lastly he said that I could get a full refund within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately I did not get to try the item out for 2 weeks so I missed the full refund window but when I called Mr. Anderson he said that it had been more than 10 days and that I was out of luck he then hung up on me. I called back and Amelia said he was not there. I really tried doing everything before contacting my credit card company. So finally I called VISA who said that I had to send the item back before I could get a refund. I explained that a address was not available the VISA agent was kind enough to search the website for me, and was surprised to see that there was no address. So she called the phone number asking where to return items to and Amelia said that the address would only be given if requested in writing. So the VISA agent then asked for the address of where to send the request in writing or email. Amelia then said that if it had been more than 10 days that there was nothing she could do and began to call THE VISA AGENT PROFANITIES AND HUNG UP. I couldnt have been happier when the VISA agent came back on the line with me and told me what had happened. I was given credit immediately. I researched the company further and found that this is a home based business operation where their items are dropshipped from China. More importantly their garbage inspector gadget spy items are not purchased by law enforcement of anykind. These guys are a joke fortunately they are not familiar with chargebacks or they wouldnt have been so dumb as to curse out a Credit card claims agent.

Because of what was going on in my life, I bought spy equipment from Great Southern Technology. It was great.

I was able to listen to the people that were use my phone as a listening devise. I could hear them perfectly and knew where they were sitting at. I went out to confront them and they took off.

I was able to prove people were comeing into my apt. I started blocking the door.

I was able to prove I had a tracking devise on my car; and about where it was located at.

This equipment was purched in 2007. It did all it said it would do. ...... I wished I still had the same equipment.

So you order a bug detector and they tried to do an upsell, nothing wrong with that. Then you complain it might be a sole proprietor. Nothing wrong with that, and they might even subcontract the receptionist, who knows? Millions of sole proprietors who do NOT want the hassles of employees run their own business.

Then you admit to calling them 34 times??? You are clearly harassing them after the 10-15th call, even I might even let out a few profanities in utter frustration. The company clearly defined it's return policy and you accepted it. You tried to get a refund after the period was over and that is your fault, not theirs.

I have yet to see anything about the quality of the product, which there isn't because you received a very high quality product. Then you have the balls to say they made up the testimonials. How on earth do you know? This company has been around for years, sells high quality products, and we have never had a problem with them. They are a very professional company and you clearly crossed the line between customer and pest.

You are obviously some punk who has nothing better to do than complain about nothing. I can see if they sold you a defective product, which they did not. You took your time to try to take advantage of their return policy, and when it was you who failed to act in time, you cry to this website. Get a life!
