Great Vacations Club Timeshare detained me for 6 hours misrepresented the company and refuses any refund when no service rendered Purchased In Puerto Vallarta Mexico
Was on vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, harrassed beginning at airport to see timeshare. Finally agreed to 90 min. tour.
Was detained for 6 hr. with no way back to resort and hounded by multiple salesmen. Was exhausted + jet lag and agreed to a purchase. Salesman kept talking while I was trying to read contract and missed the "no refund" part in small print.
Contacted company at USA location on return home and was told no transfer or refund.
