Ordered product from the company 3/27/07 and called to check on the status on 4/16/07 and Brandy H. told me the product could take up to six weeks to be delivered. Called again on 5/16/07 to ask where the order was and Lee H.told me it back-ordered. I cancelled my order with Lee H. and was told that credit may take 4 weeks to receive. I called to ask about the credit on 6/11/07 and Judy told me the computers were down, please call back. I tried to call back on 7/7/07 and telephone number was disconnected.

I called the parent company of GreatBuyUSA, Media Syndication Global. I went through the phone tree and was unable to talk to a live person with any of the department options. When the message on the phone tree said, if you know your parties extension, dial it now, I dialed some random numbers Low and behold a real person answered the phone. I explained my situation and Adina at extension 4978 assured me that this is a real company and she would make sure my problem was addressed. A few minutes later I received a confirmation email of my contact with her as well as an email with a FedEx tracking number for my order.
We received the item ordered four days later but nearly 4 months after the original order.
The product was advertised as a Genuine Leather Rolling Ottoman but the only leather was on the top cover and was constructed with a bunch of small pieces of leather scraps sewn together. The body of the ottoman, I should say ottoboy or ottobaby because the thing is doll-house size, was made of the cheapest material and was not covered with leather, it was covered in vinyl.
Four months after ordering this item we received a totally unsatisfactory product but at this point I am going to keep it as a reminder that, Buyer Beware.
