A telemarketing phone call resulted in my purchasing a Director Levels I, II, and III for Coastal Vacations through Greatest Virtual Office (GVO).  During this purchase I was promised some free advertising that gave no results..  Shortly thereafter, I was called by Xjavier Felix Mendosa who said he had some "Premium" fresh off the cruise ship leads that I should buy before they are gone (he got them from a special source) because they were hot buyers and should help me get my initial investment back in no time.  I told him I needed to get a significant amount of my money back before a credit card deadline of Dec 17, 2009 and Mr. Mendosa said he'd get his best team working on my "leads" right away.

Well Dec. 17 came and went with only one sale netting me $344 of the $12605 I invested at that time.  I received another "commission" check just prior to the 60 day credit card dispute date of $438.75.  Then NOTHING!  I then notice that they managed to charge my credit card another $2500 and $2000 for what I don't know.

It took me several weeks for GVO to send me some of the fresh off the ship leads, and they finally sent me some of them.  I tried calling these Premium leads and had more disconnects than normal and the few people I managed to actually contact werent on cruises or didnt take a survey.  I realized then that GVO stalled to get past the Credit Card 60 day deadline, that they lied to me, and still havent delivered all the leads I was supposed to have purchased.

I reported this to the BBB in AZ and Greatest Virtual Office failed BBBs process.

A dispute to my Credit Card Company said they talked with Andrew Wolter at GVO who told them they delivered what I bought (which they didnt) and would be willing to deliver proof of delivery to me if I contacted them.  I've been trying contact GVO the last several months to get GVO's proof of delivery and copies of invoices of unrecognized additional charges made to my credit card without response. At least 7 emails with no response.  I finally faxed a copy of one of the unanswered emails I sent them and got the email response from Mr. Wolter saying  There are no "suspect" charges. But I will have Accounting put together an invoice for you.

That was two months ago!

GVO allowed me to record our conversations and I have proof in audio that they breached all kinds of verbal "contracts" that I understand are legal to use under the law.

I don't feel Brandi Roberts or Andrew Wolter are the villains here.  They're just folk that need a job and put up with the shenanigans of their bosses because they have no other choice.  My villains in this are Xjavier Felix Mendosa, Timothy Foster and Robert Foster.  I don't trust anything these people say to me.  Facing Bankruptcy because of these "Experts".
