I am a single parent working 60 miles from home, so last year I was looking for at home business opportunities. I found an internet company called The Greatest Vitamin in the World, which sold whole, organic vitamins that were to aid in joint pain, obesity, and other physical ailments. The compensation program appeared attractive, so I joined, and was promised a money back guarantee. I was told the initial start up costs were $35.00; in reality the initial costs were $170.25 for the training kit and vitamins, and $500 to get my website started.

After a few months of pursuing this and not noticing any of the benefits, perks, or compensation that they were boasting, I called and requested to cancel my membership. They asked me to return my training materials and they closed my website. They stated they would refund my money within 30 days of receiving the kit, which was in March 2007.

I have called incessantly since March 2007, and each time I was told that the refund was being processed and I should receive it any day. They also stated that the process was slowed due to a recent merger. It is now November 2007, and when I recently tried calling, all the numbers have been disconnected. The contact numbers I had that are now disconnected are:

800-544-8482
866-645-2573
888-236-8626
800-461-9404
800-791-2236

The website describes this merger as another company buying them out due to their tremendous debt. I found ripoffreport.com, and found there are literally hundreds of people who have been scammed by this company. It is unfortunate that I did not know about this website prior to buying into this company.

Yes, please contact me for a class action lawsuit, if it is not too late!!!
