Mike J Ritter from South Bend Indiana is very unprofessional! Horrible customer service and lied to me. Mike Ritter of Great Lakes Heating, Air Conditioning & Electric Inc. is dishonest. He screamed on the phone and used profanity while out right lying about services. He ripped me off and made claims that were not true. Do not trust this man in your home!!!!
