( I bought the puppy when I lived In Santa Rosa California But now moved to Star Idaho So my dogs dont over heat!!!!!)
I payed $1065.00 for a champion blood line puppy with the name Mindy that was bread by a breader by the named of Jacki Bernadette Vohs Greatsinger who lives in graham washington. The parents were suppose to be these very large great looking saint that are posted on here web site greatsingersaints.com.The pups moms name was molly and the dads name was bruno. The website and Jacki told me on the phone they were champion blood line AKC registered parents. and so was the 10 week old female puppy Mindy.
I email Jacki after i found her add on the internet at puppyfinders.com posted was this great looking 10 week old female puppy with the name of mindy. She wrote back and sent another picture of this great looking puppy mindy, them called me after i emailed her my phone number. I told her that i was very interested in mindy. She told me that a lady from New York was suppose to buy mindy but she had not received any payment from her so, i could have mindy if i wanted.
I told her that i wanted a female puppy that was AKC registered and going to very big and looked as good as my 1.5 year old male pup. Because i wanted to bread her to my male saint.I sent her pictures of my male Saint so she would understand what i ment by a large great looking saint!!!! . She told me that mindy is very big and AKC registered She then told me to go to her web site greatsingersaints.com and look at mindys parents i check out the site and seen some very large saints and the parents of mindy, Bruno and Molly. This made me believe that i was getting a very good dog and had no problem spending a large amount of money on her. I called her back and said i wanted Mindy if she was still availiable, she said yes and asked me a bunch of questions, she acted like she was concerned about mindys safety and where she would be kept and how she would be taken care off, this made me realy believe. I asked Jacki how much would Mindy cost she said $600.00 if she was going to be a pet and $800.00 if she was going to be bread plus shipping fees and health certificates. I told Jcki that I wanted to bread her so i would pay the $800.00 and the fees. Jacki told me that i need to go to western union and send here a $400.00 dollar deposit (so i did) then I needed to express mail the balance, but she would did not no the total untill she booked the flight from Washington state to Oakland California she said she would call me back with the total.When Jacki called she said that I need to send her the balance in the amount of $665.00 so i exspress mailed the $665.00 to her. Jacki told me that Mindy would be to me by no later than monday or tuesday i did not receive the puppy untill friday night.
When i picked the dog up from the oakland airport I noticed that the puppies crate said if came from Missouri this confused me cause Mindy was suppose to come from Washington State. she was covered in piss and smelled realy bad but, I cared for her and loved her any ways. When i got home i opened the package that was a attached to the crate and the papers inside were not for a puppy named Mindy and the papers were not AKCregistered plus this pup was 14 weeks old and not 10. So checked my email to look at the picture of Mindy that Jacki had sent I then realalized that I had been (!!!!!RIPPED OFF!!!!!) no match. I then called the number on the the health certificate some guy that lived in missouri answered i explained to him the situation and he was at a lose for words he did not understand why some one would do that to another. He told me he sent the puppy but had no idea about the situation. I called Jacki right away and told her that she needed to call me and sort out the problem. I never got a response. I called her many of times and sent emails still no response. So I then filed a police report with the Graham washington local police and reported her to the F.B.I
Now i have a saint puppy that has 6 toes on each rear foot and due claws on both of the front feet and is not AKC registered like my male saint, So needless to say I have to find a female saint that is Akc registered and will match the standards of my male so that I can bread them as was planned before. Hopefully I find a Honest breader. I did not want three dogs but if i want the bread per AKC saints then i must buy another female. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YEH FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Thank goodness you got Bruno out of her wicked hands. I can't wait for her to come on here and tell us you are a liar also! She doesn't care about any of her animals-only the buck that they will bring. I am curious-What reason did she tell you she was selling Bruno? What was wrong with the CKC papers? Any information shared may help someone else in bringing this BYB to justice. Did you get forged vet papers? That seems to be a trick also. Isn't it funny there is another person out there who thought they were getting an AKC dog and they didn't. What does that go to show you??? She must be stopped. I have also been taken by this woman. She is a good talker, but it's not the truth .I bought Bruno from her late Aug. of 2005. When I picked him up she let him go with nothing but a chain around his neck. This was my first sign that she did not care about this dog. She led me to believe he was AKC, and from the Twin Branch blood line,lies,lies,lies. This dogs teeth are almost gone on the bottom and his CKC papers I received after 3 months are not true, they are a lie. This poor dog had ear infections in both ears and other minor problems. I have a dog that I can not use, that must be fixed ASAP. I have no idea how old this dog is or where he came from. This lady took me for 1200.00 and I got a dog that has cost me hundreds in vet bills. AT least I got this poor dog out of her hands. So where is or what did she do with the puppy that left Twin Branch Saints. Jacki will get what is coming to her, she has taken too much from good hard working people and that will only go on so long.

Jackie Vohs/Beyer/Greatsinger, Bernadette Vohs/Beyer/Greatsinger has many many alias.I can tell you first hand i have delt with this person she comes across as nice and wealthy untill you get to know her and things DONT go her way! I am extremely lucky that I like in the town of Graham and i know of this woman! I have even talked to her a few times but she probably dosent expect me to write something on here about her. But i feel sorry for what has happend to everyone and would like to tell you what i have come across when talking with this lady and doing reasearch on her. Plus Graham is a small town and it talks!! It is comical that the Business owner has claimed that all her "disclosures" were on her website from its creation date....Ha :)
There are ways to access old versions of the website. Check out the "Wayback" machine, or any other archive retrieval site. Its pretty interesting.
Oh, and don't forget her Dane site has had different web addresses! GreatsingerDanes.com , GreatsingersDanes.com , and GreatsingerDane.com .
Kind of goes along with her use of Alias's... How many names does one HONEST person really need?

ok time to get back to reality, This Buyer received EXACTLY what he paid for, The Buyer just has joined the other chat roomers to think they can get rich quick off by making fraudulent claims, getting the BIG $$ judgements, No charges have been made against us, They want one thing to make a quick buck. Sellers out there beware of these people. Look at the judgements AND the amounts, which are incredibly high, they do not want justice they want to make $$.. The dog listed on her web site as the stud of these poor pups is NOT from Twin Branch Saint Bernards, I can prove it. Neither the owner of Twin Branch or I have any idea who this dog is on her web page, but it is NOT a Twin Branch dog, I have pictures of the puppy that left Twin Branch, he did NOT have a monk's cap, this stud does, God only knows who he is.

This lady is a liar I can find any plain old saint puppy anywhere I dont need some ones help. I already own a Huge male SAINT with the best markings and temperment that i have yet to find i need a female that was comperable and I have been looking for almost 2 years. I saved all emails between Jacki and Myself and the pictures of the puppy that i was suppose to receive with the name of Mindy. By the way the puppy I received did not come from a breeder by the name of Rose and I guarantee that. The puppy was suppose to come from Great Singer Saints as my emails that i have received from Jacki plainly state and all recorded phone statements. I dont need some brokers help i would never use one. And there has been evidence recorded that at the time of purchase that there was no statments advising anyone of a broker listed on the web site greatsingersaints.com

Justin O. purchased a Saint Bernard puppy, Yes we did help with the transaction, It plainly states on our web site they we do sometimes broker the saints. We acted as a broker in this case. If this person Is unhappy with the quality of his Saint Bernard he needs to contact the ACTUALL BREEDER first name starting with ROSE.
As for the comments on registration, 6 toes. Justin was never offered an AKC registration from us NOR the breeder, Justin can not offer any contracts offering him an AKC registration. 6 toes would mean the SAINT BERNARD didnt have the dew claws removed, this was never promised and would be between buyer and breeder as well. below is exactly what is stated on our web site. The only truthfull comment made was that this SAINT BERNARD is not the same quality as the SAINTS that we breed, AGAIN between buyer and breeder, not the BROKER as we where in this case.
Justins comments as for the pierce county sherrifs are true they where contacted, no charges have been filed against us, so as for the FBI comment, I am sure they have alot bigger situations to deal with than a unhappy buyer.
