About a year ago I ordered online a trial bottle of Green Coffee Extract (also called Green Coffee Pure) from Global Fullfillment P.O. Box 10841 Clearwater, FL 33757, 877-634-9807 for $4.00  I looked very carefully at the advertisement because I did not want to be signing up for a long term commitment to purchase every month.  There was nothing about that in the ad.  I assumed I would get a sample and was just paying for postage.

I was sent an entire bottle and a few weeks later my credit card was charged $79.97.  I did not notice that charge immediately, but the next month I did notice when I was charged $83.97 when they sent out another bottle.  That is when I called customer support and told them I had not signed up for a monthly purchase, that I wanted a refund and that I would happily send back their product (I hadn't opened or used either bottle).  I was told I could not send back the product and that I had agreed to the monthly purchase by ordering the $4.00 trial.

Apparently, in very small letters, it says "I agree to the terms and conditions', next to the box you have to click on to order.  I had specifically looked for anything about a montly purchase agreement before I placed my first trial order and there was nothing evident about that on the advertisement.  I told her I thought their ad was very deceptive and I went to my bank to see about getting a refund and stopping the payments  on my credit card.

I was able to get the $83.97 amount refunded but they refused to take back the product or refund the $79.97.  They also did stop sending me the product -after the bank got involved- but that may have been because I cancelled the credit card I had used with them.  Other companies selling green coffee extract charge around $45 a bottle.  This company is vastly overcharging for its product and is very deceptive about what customers are actually agreeing to purchase.
