Ordered online bedroom suit 3/2010 and paid in full with CC.  Email from Green Culture acknowledged order, payment and items were in stock.  Delivery would be in 3 to 5 weeks.  Received call from transport company on 4/42010 that order would be delivered on 4/7/2010.  We received no communication from company that order was on its way and/or a problem with filling order.  Upon delivery we find that only the headboard section of bed is delivered.  Nothing on the order of missing parts.  For 2 days we email and phone customer service seeking answers only to be told they were looking into the matter.  The third day we phone the SALES desk and get Sunil Wagle, he says he is the owner and is aware of problem and will call back by 5 p.m. PST.  Instead we get an email from another employee that remainding bed order is to be delivered 4/26/2010.  We communicate with Wagle's email that this is unacceptable and we want the cost of the bed refunded until bed can be delivered and set up, as we had paid.  He will not refund the bed and further tells us after further research that the delviery date will be middle of May 2010 with additional comments that it may take longer than this as they have no control of "overseas" vendors.  We are contacting our CC company to have cost of bed taken off order. 

Consumers should research the internet for more complaits on this company, the BBB and FTC.
