Green Dot Columbus Bank And Trust Company money dissapears with no explanation Morovia California
I have had a green dot card for almost 2 years , I recently became aware that money dissapears with no explanation. in the last month i have loaded 775$ on the card and spent 696.64 and the ballance is 5.09 and it should be 78.36when I called green dot to get an explanation they hung up on me!
take this for what it is , theft! and they refuse to explain where the money is!
I shudder to think how much money they got me for when I was not paying attention!
protect your self dont use this card they are crooks!

if you have access to the internet to write a complaint,you should also take the time to look into your problem by logging into your account online to greendotonline.com and check your transaction history. NOT TOO HARD.... read your terms to process a dispute letter
