Green Dot Corporation would not activate holding our money Monrovia California
My daughter purchased a green dot card with her birthday money. When we attempted to activate the card for her as it requires a parent to do so. The person on the phone did not speak english well and obviously entered the wrong information. The person at customer service proceeded to tell us they would not activate the card and would be sending a refund? My daughter's birthday money is now held up for at least 10 business days and she cannot purchase a camera she wanted for her birthday. The service was horrible and we could not find one person to speak to about this horrible transaction. They are holding $350 of her money for what?
