Complaint Review: Green Dot Financial

I have a mygreendot VISA card for my household account.  Haven't used it in a few months (approx. 3).  It had approximately $32 in it.  I put $400 on it on September 3rd.  Over the past 10 days, I have made several purchases using it.  Problems arose when I (1) went to log into my account to check the transactions, (and the balance on it) and could not, and (2) after I finally gained access to the account, I discovered mygreendot had needlessly declined some automatically renewing internet subscriptions in addition to a purchase I tried to make in a grocery store (I later used this card to make a successful purchase at this store).  Trying to get help from customer service was a nightmare. 

First call, rep told me problem logging on would be fixed in 30 minutes (it was not) after verifying my account info.  When he asked me to verify my password, I told him I'd rather not since I was calling him from a cell phone in an unsecure area.  He then asked me to verify the first and last letter of it, which he told to me.  Problem wasn't fixed in 30 minutes.  I called back.  Rep. misstated over and over again my problem, then transferred me back to the beginning of the phone queue.  Called back.  Rep. insisted my problem was that my password is wrong.  Told her rep. on previous call verified it, and that wasn't the problem.  She insisted it was.  She magically let me into my account, where I discovered several charges that had been denied  though I had enough money in the account to cover them (my online fax account subscription fee so I can't fax this to mygreendot).  Balance on card is said to be .90.  It should be, according to the negative balance the first rep. I spoke with of $8.86, $105.93.  Tried to call back half a dozen times, but each time, my call was blocked.

This is the low-impact conflict our police state uses against dissidents of its fascist state (((link redacted))) because no American, especially a political activist, as any protection under the law as guaranteed by the Bill of Rights (specifically, the right not to be made war on by our government).  Since Bill Clinton created the Joint Forces that occupy our country to persecute political activists, as our government has done, and since Ronald Reagan, H.W. Bush, Clinton and Bush Jr. have passed laws that have given local law enforcement technology developed by the CIA and the military the power to control local law enforcement, and Bush Jr. has said that covert warfare is what this country will wage in perpetuity against dissidents of its policies -- in commercial ventures, as Clinton's laws permitted -- we are all slaves of people such as Steven W. Streit, who steal our money, employ people to perpetrate psychological operations against us.  He is a pure fascist, as are all who work for and with him.  He deserves to be given the U.S. bioweapon AIDS much more so than I do.  Too bad there really isn't a hell in the afterlife; guess he'll just have to come back as a persecuted person and experience the hell he's created here on earth for others for himself.
