We tried to send 200.00, and when we used the card number to transfer the number - it read "invalid", and we have spent several hours on the phone trying to recoup the money - but it looks like it will be several weeks. Meanwhile our relative needs the money - she's stuck in upstate NY. Then we decided to try it a second time, since the greendotmoneypak had worked every time before this, without a problem. This time we sent 330.00, get home - read the card number to her and BOOM - it was only processed as 33.00. OF COURSE - by the time we figured it out it was past customer service hours, so we have to wait until tomorrow to call and most likely get the same cruddy customer service, with no results - except to tell us to wait. What kind of company is this? We are done, our card is getting chopped up once we recoup the 497.00 total (from 2 transactions) that is just "lost" in cyberspace.
