On May 13, 2019 I purchased a Green Dot MoneyPak card for $200.  I tried to load the card on my debit card one time.  2 hours later no funds had been deposited so I called Moneypak customer service and was advised that my card had been blocked for "suspicious activity".  I called back a little later and was told there were no funds on my moneypak refill card.

I then contacted Circle K (where I purchased card from) and they were able to verify funds were loaded.  I called Moneypak back and was advised I would get a $200 refund plus $50 for all the problems as well as the $5.95 I paid to buy the refill card.  A few days later I received an email from Moneypak's fraud department notifying me that there were NO FUNDS on the refill card to be refunded!! This was an internal theft by someone at MoneyPak!!!  Can't get a straight answer from anyone.
