I made two deposits in one day (Friday) at a Coinstar machine to be credited to my Green Dot Mastercard. Only one of the deposits was posted to my account. I was unable to reach customer service all weekend, finally reaching them on Monday. I was instructed to fax a copy of my receipt to them and my deposit would be posted by the end of the day.

The next day I called again to report that it had not been posted, they credited me $5.00 and promised to have it in my account by the next day. Again it was not posted! I called and re-faxed my receipt to them two more times and finally insisted on speaking to a supervisor. I was on hold for almost one hour before the supervisor answered my call and again promised to have it posted by the next day. Guess what, it is the next day and I still don't have my money.
