Complaint Review: Green Energy Products

Michael Grosberg hired our marketing agency to create a website for is company Green Energy Solutions and only paid $500.00 of his total commitment of $3,000.00. Michael made two payments of $250.00 each before he stopped paying. In addtion to not fulfilling his contractual agreement to a finished product. Michael hired a new web design team and screen scraped the artwork, content, logo, colors and site design. and created a new webiste on his own without permission. In other words, Michaeal hired our agency to create his brand and identity for his green energy procuct and deceptively stole overything. Micheal infringed and violated his agreement and refrained from communicated any further.
