here's the commucation between myself and greenlight. it's been 2 months and i still have not received the refund. This can be found on their existing enquiry site.

Notes I received an email which indicated that your company was unable to find a code to nlock the V3r locked on T Mobile. I made several request for an immediatee refund which I have for your veiwing if necessary. In yout agreement on lone it read that a refund will be applied back to the card with in 72 hours. the person whom i communicated with informed me that the statement in your agreement was not accurate and that it would take up to 28 days. In an effort to make sure the case does not close before 28 days, I am sending reminders. Once, again; please refund $19.99 to the credit card ending in 1606 for the email address, Thank you for your assistance with this matter.

Notes REfund has not posted to account. I am presently online with CC company. It has been more than 78 hours as per online agreement and email agreement of up to 28 days.

After being made aware of the non refunding of your internet purchase please accept our apologies and I can confirm that a full refund has been processed.

Its no excuse however dealing with the volume of orders we do, mistakes and oversights can sometimes be made and for this we apologise.
