Complaint Review: green moutain basement solutions

i hired green moutain basement solutions to repair the walls in my garage that were bowed inward. They also were to replace part of a cement slab on my garage floor that was cracked in a few places.

they infomed me that they would replace the cement blocks on both walls and add rebar to the new walls. they would also tear up part of the garage floor and replace it with new concrete.along with adding drainage on the outside of the new wall on the left side. they told me the job would take five days to complete and would cost 12,000 dollars.

the company said they wanted the money up front. they did not replace the cement blocks as they said they were going to. they instead put carbon fiber on the walls. the cement flooe that they installed was not put in properly. the floor was not level. it had high and low spots through out and it also cracked down the middle after a few months'

the job took them two and a half days to complete i paid the 9000 dollars up front and refused to pay them the 12000 they had asked for.

they had onlly did one third of the work they said they were going to do and the work that they did perform was done very pooly.

I have called them on numerous occassions about replacing the cement floor and repairing the walls. this has been going on for months. they have yet to return to warranty their work.
