Complaint Review: Green River Properties

I rent a mobile home from Green River Properties in Dickinson tx, I informed them in oct 2001 that my heater does not work, over and over, still did not fix, so I was not going to pay my rent in Jan. 2002 because I have went without heat all winter,Jan 21 I was served with Eviction papers from the court, I cannot afford to move at the time so I paid my rent plus court cost, Here it is feb and I still do not have a heater--- Beware if you rent from these a-holes... They will not fix anything that needs fixed, But if you are late on your rent they will evict you.
