Green Solution Property Services contacted our company in January of 2012 to do work on a foreclosed property. They were always available and were also pushing us to get the job done where the previous contractor had not....hmmmm..I now know why he left... After getting the job finished and sending them the correct documentation for sign off they never paid us the remainder of the job.  We then were told we would get paid as soon as possible by Kim Stamps.  We then received a letter in the mail stating that GSPS was sorry that they can't pay as they are getting late payments from their "clients" aka BANK of AMERICA, and would pay us as soon as possible. I have contacted BofA and they said they can do nothing for us as their contract is only through GSPS. What a great bank huh! I notice that more and more complaints are showing up with GSPS.  We are in the process of a Class Action Lawsuit against this unethical company that takes advantage of small and honest business owners.

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sat, September 29, 2012

Hello,

I wanted to also comment on the above post. I worked part time for a small contractor who worked for this Kim Stamps lady. We worked on a foreclosed house in Astoria, Oregon and were pushed from day one to hurry and flip the property. The contractor (Patrick Clark) paid out of pocket for supplies and after 2 months of work we were never paid. I also contacted bank of america and was given the run around for weeks. I was then able to locate Kim Stamps number and actually talked to her on the phone. She said we should send checks the following week. She claimed she was sorry and that the "funds hadn't been released to her" yet. I called back and she would never answer any more phone calls. I intended to file a lien but could never figure out who actually owned the house. It was such a nightmare I eventually gave up. But WHAT a SCAM! These people took advantage of myself and the contractor in the worst way possible. I'm a military member who's never home already and took this extra job to buy my family X-mas presents. Instead, I drove an hour there and an hour back to the construction site for months, and didn't make a dime. Please, don't be fooled by this company. It is a huge scam.

I am a contractor in Savannah, Georgia who is currently owed over $3,000 for work completed. I have agreed to let them set up payment plans twice, and they have defaulted on both. I have spoken to the founder Douglas Fernbacher, who has stated that he will make sure we get prompt payment, but he is now refusing to take my calls or respond to my emails. I will be filing in small claims court to recover this debt. Contact me in the event you need confirmation, evidence, or other details of their activities.
