Around six to eight weeks ago, I had this advertising that came through my e-mail and offered five free green tea patches for only the cost of the shipping of $5.95. NOrmally, I do not fall for this kind of stuff! I went against my better judgement and thought, for the price, I would try just this one time. I gave my account number to debit the $5.95 from. They debited the $5.95 but never, ever, shipped me the patches. On July 6, 2004, my checking account was robbed(again)without authoriztion to these "rogues" in the amount of $34.00.

It is my thoughts that these people knowingly set up this bogus business to rip all of us off. There is a reason why when you call that 1-800 number that we do not get an individual to talk to. You can only converse through their so called e-mail address!!

By the instruction of my bank, I will file a police report through my bank, or they will do so for me. I will also file a report with the Attorney General's Office and with the BBB. However, since they had no good intention to do right in the first place, filing with BBB probably want do any good.

If any of you out there can find a physical address and/or a decent phone number please report it to this web-site.

I bet I will not get sucked into anything else like this over the internet! I never believed in the internet anyway!! Only to e-mail my friends, relative, and pastor.

Terms and Conditions of Trial Offer - Customer should Report Lost Product to Customer Service and they Will Issue her a Refund

Before ordering any of our trials, customers must agree to the terms and conditions of the offer. These clearly stipulate that if the customer does not cancel with our customer service department within 14 days of the product's shipment, they will be billed for the trial expiration fee. In Pearlie's case, unfortunately, it sounds like the product was lost in shipping, so she was billed for the expiration without being able to try the product. If she calls our customer service toll free number 1-800-Patches, or sends us an e-mail at service@helpmyorder.com, we can investigate this matter by tracking her order with Federal Express. Pearlie is certainly entitled to a refund or a replacememt order if her Green Tea300 system was, in fact, lost in transit.
