Green Tree aka Conseco ripoff, dishonest, disgraceful, fraudulent mortgage company Tempe Arizona
The company, Green Tree/Conseco has put me through a "whirl pool" of mess for three years. Conseco tried to steal my home through theft by deception by having a foreclose sale that never took place. Deed of Trust was back dated and signatures were photo copy on that Deed of Trust.
Last month, Conseco ex-attorney, from Richmond, Virginia have used trickery to tried to get me and my seven year old daughter put out of my house. He was told by the U.S. bankruptcy court in Chicago, Illinois, that he cannot use Conseco name to evict me; however, he sent the eviction through mail and hand delivered in my hand by the Nottoway county sheriff in Conseco name.
I have called several people, in front of the sheriff, proving to him that this company no longer existed. The sheriff still tried to act on it. However, Nottoway county believe an out of town person than they will believe of person that been there all of their life. After all of this, "Rico" charges should have been brought up on this low-life attorney.
Before all of this, I tried to work out a deal with Conseco as far as what to do to save my home. I even filed an chapter 13#, which they removed theirselves off of that. Conseco made eats verbal threats to me, laugh at the fact that I was going to lose my home, sent me back my money, and told me that they wanted by house, instead of the money that I sent to them. As a result, I stayed upset and so did my seven year old daughter.
For the last three years, I have been fighting them in court and filed all kinds of things to protect my home with like,a common law lien and a lis pending towards my deed. I reported the criminal acts that were done to me to the Federal Trade Commission. The case is in ligitation in Illinois.
Green Tree Servicing,llc go for being the new owner, but yet, I nor my new mortgage company cannot get in touch with them, in order for them to take over to refinanced. Green Tree is doing the same practices like Conseco did and yet, how can they claim anybody property if nothing is finalizes with Conseco as of yet. Conseco has been liquidated on September 15, 2003; therefore, Conseco have not operate in the U.S. since March, 2003.
To all of you out there, whatever you do, please do not give up and do whatever it takes to save your property no matter what. Green Tree/Conseco wants you to feel powerless where you cannot fight them. Show that company who's boss!!! I am not out of the woods yet, but in Jesus name, you will not fall by the waste side.

We also have had dealings with Conseco/Green Tree but our situation is a bit different. Our loan was fraudulent and illegal, done so by the dealer of the Mobile home company. We have contacted the Washington D.C. office of the FBI and have notified them and also told them to see this website that there are similiar claims like ours, particularly yours. We are keeping you in our prayers. Hopefully, the FBI will do something about this mess.

Whoever reads my report, "Attention" to all who has been ripoff by Green Tree Servicing, llc "Aka" Conseco. I have talked to the F.B.I. on numerous occassion about this company. They have reply to me that they will leave my case open, in case someone else call in with the same problem with this company. Please call the F.B.I. in Richmond, Virginia and let them know what is going on because the more people call, the better the chances are, so for once in for all, "Green Tree" Aka" Conseco will not be practicing illegal business on innocent people like us. I urgent you to please call them because they need to know about this. For now, please do not give up and do not let this company ruined anymore people with their bloody, shady tricks and lies.
