My mother died December,17, 1999.  She signed a contract and purchased a mobile home from Bama Best Housing, Inc., 37647 U.S High Way, Sylacauga, Alabama 35150 in May 1998.   The mobile was financed by Green Tree Financial Corporation-Alabama, 324 Interstate Park Drive, Montgomery Alabama.

I provided a copy of m mother's death certificate in a written letter hand delivered to Green Tree Financial Corporation-Alabama and Bama Best Housing, Inc., on January 11, 2000, requesting they pickup the mobile home.  Instead of picking up the home, Green Tree Financial Corporation began a series of harassing and intimidating calls to eight (s) of my mother's living children demanding payment.  However, Green Tree Financial Corporation successfully indimidated through harassing tactics my youngest sister.

On April 3, 2013, Green Tree Servicing LLC attorney, Gar E. Sullivan Esq, electronically filed an application for default against my sister in the Circuit Court for Talladega, Alabama.  Case No. CV 2013-900060.  My sister's name is not on the contract and the used her nickname to file the application.   My sister did not attend court because the name stated on the petition is not her legal name.  However, a default judgement was granted.  However, Green Tree still refused to move the mobile home from the property not owned my sister and have not contacted the property owner to arrange to pay property rental or arrange access to the property to remove their mobile home.
