Complaint Review: Green Tree Financial Group

I signed a Legal team - Client Fee Agreement on 2-13-14 and paid a total of 3,135.00 . They were to provide services for Laon Modification of my mortage. I provided all the nesesary paper work and i recieved a letter from Chase saying i was denied. Throughout the year it was very hard to get in touch with anyone once they recieved my money. I spoke with Jim Bradley , Jennifer Wilson, and Gia no one now returns my calls. The agreement states that if i was denied i would get a refund.
