I've lived in my manufactured home for ten years. I had home insuance with this company for one year. The first time they offered me the insurance it was at a reasonable rate. After then it was time for the renewal they decided to send me a policy from a different company, explaining to me that i was no longer with the other company.

Well,I decided to get me some insurance outside their company. When I brought the insurance the other company matched it with a cheaper price. In the meantime Ihad a policy sent to Rapid City, South Dakota. This is when my trouble started.

Green tree start putting insurance payment on my statement and insisting that I was seriously past due and I wasn't. They called me at home, work, and sent eviction paper. They had a rude lady call me pertending to be a repo company. I have tapes. These people have went as far as taking money out of my bank account without my premission. My bank had to get it back.

I was constantly hassled by this company. I went and got an attorny and he said simply not to talk to them. He wrote them a letter and told them to send all my inquires to him. they refused too. I has countless complaints agianst this company, this is only a few.

if you have an issue with insurance and its not being dealt with, call GT main office and demand to speak with your "backend" representative. Don't take no for an answer.

Then fax proof of your insurance over to us in the regional office and we'll get it taken car of. Greentree is impartial, its a company. its not out there to "get" you despite what it feels like. Get someone that will walk through the issue with you (regional rep) and then get it cleared. Deliquency isn't good for you OR for Greentree, it reports against their company, they want to resolve it, just get the same person that will follow through and help you resolve.

best thing to do with these issues is get on the phone and call your rep, not customer service, then get it resolved permanetly. Typically there is something you aren't aware of that is escalting that they need to review with you.

Best wishes...
SH
