Complaint Review: Green Tree Servicing

Green Tree has the worse customer service out of any company I have ever had to deal with. Thank God, I do not have a loan with them. However, I purchased a piece of property in which the prior owners abandon the mobile home and is letting it be foreclosed. I have called Green Tree too many time to count over the past several months and requested them to remove their piece of junk mobil home.

No one ever returns my phone calls and one time when I was lucky enough to reach a live person.... she pretty much blew me off and could not give me any information. We contacted an attorney which advised that we now can start to charge lot rental. That sounds good in theroy but trying to get someone from Green Tree to respond to the letters and even return a phone call has become a joke. I don't understand how a company like this can stay in business..... all we can do is tell everyone..... DO NOT ever use Green Tree for financing or anything else.... it sucks.
