I was running late with a mortgage payment on one of our rental homes (no tenants). I normally call and do a monthly phone pay using the automatic phone system. The system normally allows you to hear exactly what is due, including the late charges and make the payment over the phone. While at work, during the same month, I had several demandingphone calls regarding the latepay left on the phone.So here I am, in the same month, trying to call to make itright and pay.Apparently now, because I was late, the system automatically transfers you to a person's extention and won't let you get any balance info or do the phone pay. I am trying to give them my money andset up another payment for mid next month, and they are not there to take my money nor are allowing me to do it automatically. I have had the mortgage for about 8 years and while I do run late, it is always paid within the same month.Regardless of that, what kind of customer service is this, that a customer can't get their balance or account info when they need it? Pretty Bad. Don't finance thru Green Tree.

They do it that way so they can yell at you for being late . Green Tree Reps are well known for being abusive . Its alleged that they caused an old mans heart attack in Florida . The widow is now suing .
