Green Tree Servicing ripoff harassing and degrading phone calls, and accusations of faulty payment Rapid City, South Dakota
Bought a double wide mobile home from Green Tree Servicing, LLC. From the beginning we have had problems with this company, such as harassing and degrading phone calls, and accusations of faulty payment, when reciepts of said payments were provided.
What really tops this off is after going through Hurricane Ivan, our mobile home was deemed unlivable, by FEMA, but when our mortgage company recieved our insurance check they said it would be 5-7 days for a check to be released, but it has been 42 days now to date. We have Children, and this needs to be resolved.
