I've been paying on this loan for 9 years and getting nowhere fast! The pay off is not much less than the original loan was. Have someone who wants to buy the home, and I don't want a down payment or NOTHING. Just take over this loan. I was told that they don't give loans out for less that 15,000 dollars and that my loan was now unasumable.

I will NEVER do this again. looking for another loan company to get out of this for the buyer. Any suggestions?
