Complaint Review: GREEN TREE SEVICEING

I had an electrical fire in my home i called my mortgage company greentree whom ive had  hundreds of problems with such as  givingme late fees on a check the check in ? was from my bank a cashiers check  impossible yet they refuse to take off the late fees.They gave me the contact numbere for my insurance . the insurance was fairly promp to get an inspector out and  sent me a check  the check had my name and greentrees name on it  i called greentree and asked what to do they told me to sign it  send it to them and they would send it back to pay for the contractors painters  parets etc..
 
so i did a week later i called and asked when can we repair my jhome  its devastated  there  reply was contact the claims department i did  trhey then asked didnt you get a packet from us  i  said no  oh we  will send you one.  4 days later i get a packet  that didinbt explain anything . i called back  they then said you need to make a parts list  and take it to a home depot  or lowes or what have you and have them type up the cost on a store letter head  this took hours to do but i did .so i sent it to  them.   a week later i called again as noone from ythat office ever contacted me i was told to wait for a check.  a week after that i recieved a check for 2500 put of my 9876.00 check i sent them i had to go buy thje parts  send them the reciepts  take before abnd after pictures  whuich three times they said were not good enough but they wewre good enough for my insurance company to write a check and good enough for the inspectors.

another 2 weeks went by  ti called again  and asked them to release funds to pay the electrician and painter i was then told well the y need to sewnd us a w9  why they waited to  tell us this i dont know  we did so.  a week later i fuinally recieved a check for 920.00 to give to the electrician as i have already acured a late fee from him for non payment. i called again asking why the painter wasnt paid. i was told  the irs says shes not employable  i called the painter  she went to her acountant  had it chec=ked  no such thing. we again contacvted greentree claims  wanting a written explanation of this unemployavbnle nonsense to give to her acountant. i was told we do not send out such things  r=they refused to give us any documentation.  after 3 more days  of calling they said oh it went through we put the checlk in the mail .

as of today still no check as  for my check i called 5 tiomes today they stated the inspector hasnt  sent it in.   the inspector  submitted it on the 8th he lives noit far from my home which they dont know. i called his company they state di had been ready but greentree hasnt requsted it .i calle greetree today again letting them know this  there reply was we dont ever have to ask for a report  it will show up on the internet. i called back tsafegaurd the inspecting company they said  again  greentree need s to request it.
 
so i sit here with angry subs who want paid and greentree  just blows me off. i doubt we will ever get the money and to make matyters worse the claim  for the ac and carpet was approved now they will get even more of my insurance  money and in the meantime im in a un airconditioned home in 100 degree weather  with burn holes in my carpeting and angry subcontractors thinking im a liar . they are flat out blatant crooks iam seeking legal counsil tomorroew
