Centralized Internet Banking Sucks! I Purchased An $80 GreenDot Card At Walgreens Right After Xmas (12/27) And It Would Not Load My PayPal Account With Chase Bank; Upon A Query GreenDot Stated That It Was a Browser Difficulty With PayPal; I Faxed The Requested Info; GreenDot Says The Refund's Mailed To Arrive Within 9-10 Business Days; It Never Arrived; Returned Phone  Call Within Time Frame For A Refund And They Say That They Would Re-issue Another Check; I Even Offered To Put The Money On my GreenDot Visa Card and They Said That Selecting The Option To Receive A Refund Had Cancelled That Option Out; GreenDot's Customer Service Has Passed The Buck For The Refund More Than Twice!
