Green Dot has stolen $149.95 by denying payment to Vender but subtracted those same funds from my Account. Can't get intouch with anyone to rectify this situation, I HATE THIEVES and GreenDot Visa Prepaid Card Corp is Stealing from me and there's no way of reaching a person to talk with about it . They're just stealing everyones money without being punished for there Crimes, where is are Justice system ! (It's Just Us)

I have a few things that might help.
the company called me after I wrote to a store telling them I will contact the FTC on their behalf and within 12 hours, the next day I get a call.
I have the number they called me is:
1-866-443-6227 (Green Dot main number) Wait through prompts 3 times, then long wait for rep.
Then a person told me to return the call by calling:
1-626-739-3900 (Do not know if this can help, but can not hurt to try). That is a real person at the other line. he/she may be able to direct you to the right person.
