Greendot Prepaid Visa Card when i activated my card puuchased at cvs drug store i was talked into buying the premier gold package for $19.95 which would give me card number 2 at no extra cost and other benifits and i could go on line and recieve a $10.00 rebate. when i tryed to do so a message keep comming up that the page did not exist, so i called greendot with no advil. I purchased a green dot card at cvs pharmacy when i actived it i was told if Ipurchased the gold premier package i would recieve a $10.00 rebate. when I tried to collect on the rebate at th adress givin to me, www.greendotonline.com/premierrebate the page does not exist. so i called them and they said that there was nothing they could do over the phone. when i asked to talk to a manager i was told that there was no need to talk to them that the page does exist. and I could not get any thing out of the person on the line he would not give his name and hung up on me.

I just entered greendotonline.com/premierrebate into my web browser and the site does exists. Their premier rebate site might have been down at the time you visited on 12/11/07 or whenever you visited the site.
From their premeierrebate site:
To receive a $10 Premier Elite rebate from Green Dot Corp. you must meet the following criteria:
* You upgraded your card from the standard Green Dot card to Premier Elite
* You activated and/or upgraded on a date when the rebate was being offered
* You have not already received a Premier Elite rebate for the card which you are redeeming the rebate (a limit of one rebate per primary card applies)
If you meet all of the above criteria, please enter the activation number you used during your card activation in the space provided below (your card activation number can be found on your original receipt), and click Submit
