The so called 'scooter' is really a piece of crap.Parts missing,the ones that are there are diconnected or damaged.Need to take it to a mechanic to see what can be done (if anything) with it.
They promise on their web site warranty and customer support - this is the best joke I saw in a while.
They off course never answer the phones and all you get via email (when trying to contact them) is some trivial response to read the manual or that their customer service will contact you which obviously never happens.
They are cheap which is the main reason I bought it from them but you get what you pay for!!!
Pay a bit more and find a decent company with a decent product.
