Greenovated Energy There promises were false Phoenix, Arizona
I contracted with Greenovated Energy in Pheonix, AZ. The company preseident is Aaron Blodgett.
Here are the offenses:
(1) We were promised our electric usuage would go down 15%-35% per month, if we got a soloar water heater, & solor actic fan. During the first 2 months our usuage went up 25% & 15% over the same two months last year. The next two months the usuage went up 10% & 15%.
(2) Part of the deal was they would pay the bank for the first 12 months of the loan. The November payment ended up being 30 days late. I would have paid before the 30 days, but Aaron Blodgett promised he had paid it. He gave me a confirmation number. I check with the bank and it was a bogus confirmation number, but this was day 31. I paid the bill myself, along with December which was also late due at that time. He did reimburse for the payment after multiple phone calls.
(3) I got a mechanics lein against my house becuase they failed to pay a wholsale contractor that they bought the materials from to use in the solar equipment. They bill was finally paid and I got verification from the Country Recorder that they lein was released. But this is still a knock on my credit score.
(4) Many times I have had promises of return phone calls that have not been returned. I have left many unreturned messages. I do get through sometimes but this is rare.
(5) I had to pay my Janaury bank bill and I have not been reimbursed for it. I was promised that they had corrected the problem and all my payments would be made in the future.
(6) I starting asking in 4 months ago to reverse the product, restore my house to shape is was before, and refund the money to the bank. They have refused to this.
(7) On a small note, but still a broken promise, they promise us a case of loe energy light bulbs and we are still waiting 6 months after the fact.
I urge people to stay far away this business. This is not solvent company. I am not sure if it is scam company, just a poorly ran company, bad mamgement, or a victim of a bad accounttent that stole money from them. I do not have enough information, but I do say that it would very wise to stay far away from this company. Do not buy their services.
