Greenpoint YMCA Monday Night Volleyball Class is only for select members Brooklyn New York
For anyone who has tried to participate in the Monday night volleyball class at the Greenpoint Y that is not a member of this clique will quickly realize they are not welcome. The gym likes to say they are open to anyone who wants to join, but management did not do anything constructive to stop egregious behavior. A person in a management level position just made unfulfilled promises.
The instructor actually thinks that it is his gym and the rules don't apply to him. When some stupid intimidation tactics didn't work, a rule that is totally discriminatory is made up that you can't participate and then more lies are made up to back up the story. What an embarrassment this behavior must be to the YMCA.
I was given a free trial pass and over time I noticed several people not in the clique come a couple of times or just once and never see them again. I was able to earn free gym benefits as a result of the unprofessionalism and stupidity.
What is wrong with management at the Greenpoint YMCA to allow this to continue?????

Why do you have this report listed under health care facilities? The YMCA is NOT a health care facility. YOU need to be more specific on how YOU exactly were ripped off.

I don't think this is the entire story.

Just how long was this trial pass for? After all you were able to notice "over time" this was happening. Was perhaps one of the reasons you couldn't be in the class because you were on a "trial pass"?
