Not happy with this landscaping company at all. Originally called to have a initial clean up and a trial run of a month to see if it was a fit. April 18th they started work. They did a great job of cleaning up even though it took two weeks of them coming a little bit here and there but I'm patient and people are busy. However on the second cut they ripped the gate off our dogs area with the mower, ran over my wife's large wind chimes and didn't leave a note, my wife found out after getting home from work and seeing the damage, not a text you want to get when you are 1200 miles away.

Called the company on the 27th (day of damage) and talked to office staff and was assured someone would be contacting me.... I didn't send payments because I wanted the gate situation dealt with, it's July 29th, no one has contacted me about the issue yet.... They came and cut about every 10-11 days, the fence and gate didn't get hit again because they just stopped cutting that area. It's now the end of May, I receive a phone call that payment needed to be made or service would be suspended. I work out of town for 15-30 days at a time. Admittedly I ignored it because it wasn't a priority to me. Service was stopped, as it should have been , around end of May, first week of June( actually after looking at cameras May 24th was the last cut made.

At this point the amount owed should have been $500 for cleanup, $105 for half month (they started on the 15th of April) and $210 for full month of May. $815.00. I come home to find a bill for $900 some odd dollars and start receiving phone calls wanting payment and that services have been disconnected. I went in person the first week of June to make payment with certified check for $420, which is payment for $815 less the $395 replacement gate my fence guy had to put in (still no reply from the company on this). I was told service was disconnected till the balance was paid. Didn't think it was right and I owed more since tr gate and other items were destroyed but I get it, Fine sounds fair. Meanwhile my HOA has their landscaper pickup where greenscapes left off and charges me for it which is ok by me, it's cheaper and they actually show up, and don't tear up my property. So just so we are clear here, greenscapes says we're not cutting your grass any more on the first week of June, it's now almost august.

Get home today (7/29/17) and what do I find? A $995 bill from greenscapes for balance left on the initial clean up and service for June, and July. Now if your going to disconnect and stop coming, you can't bill for it. I have searched and searched my security cameras, my wife has attested to this as well, that they have not been here in 8 weeks!! Another landscaper hired has been doing the maintenance. On top of the crazy overblown invoice I also received a letter threatening legal action if the bill isn't paid. I never received any thing in writing from them outlining the services to be rendered and the cost, never signed a agreement for services. Shame on me for not covering my a$s.

Simply put greenscapes tore up my property with never having the invention of ever making the situation whole, and are out to grab money from their customers every way they can. From the get go my experience with this company has been horrible and I will not recommend them to any one when asked about landscape services. They were recommended by a friend who has multiple properties cut by them but in the end the only green they are about is the green they are stealing from your wallets.
