I ordered samples of the Green Tea Pro Advanced Fat Burning System and the cleanse and paid for shipping and handling. Approx. 2 weeks later, I received a full shipment and was charged $84.-- for 2 packages (I had ordered 2 samples) much to my surprise. I had not given anyone the OK to ship more to me. I returned the packages immediately - marked Returned/Refused - called the company, cancelled further shipments and asked for refunds. They assured me I would be refunded when they got their products back. Well, LONG after they received the returned products, I still was not seeing refunds to the 2 cards I charged the products to. So, I started calling, emailing, calling, emailing - over and over again - until I FINALLY got someone on the telephone who told me that they would refund both of my accounts for the returned products. Well, they have refunded only 1 card for 1 shipment. Approximately 2 weeks ago, I called again, finally getting a rep. on the line who assured me that I would see the refuned posted to the other card in 3 days. I haven't seen the credited amount of $84.-- yet. I have been trying to call - get an answering machine directing me to send an email. The answering maching is always full so you can't leave a message. Then I get online and enter the email address on the answering machine - www.healthyliving.biz - and there is no such address. I want my money refunded, and I want it done now. The people who run this company are crooks and they are taking advantage of people!
