greentree financial group  I need help to get my money back and I have continuely tried to contact them. New Port Beach California

I was contacted by Jim Bradly from greentree financial group and was told i qualified for a loan modification on my mortage.  I was sent a contract to sign and agreed to pay $2,495.00 dollars.  I was told and the contract stated I could have a full refund if my loan modification did not go through.  I cooperated with them and supplied them with all the document they asked for.  I was asigned Gia Lugo legal processor to handle this.  I started working with greentree in April of 2014,  It is now late October.  I was also assigned Paula Willson legal processor.  This company has not done what they said they could do and I can not get ahold of them for my refund.  My mortgage company stated they do not work with greentree.  I contacted Fanny Mae who owns the mortage and I was told that the goverment does hardship cases and do not charge and the fiqures quoted to me are incorrect and Fanny Mae suggest I contact the state attoney general which I did awhile ago but they also could not contact anyone from this bussiness.  I really need my money back I almost lost my home in forclosure due to greentree continuely telling me not to pay my house payments and the mortgage company was just holding out because they did not want to loose the intress rate that my mortgage is currently at.
