I'm writing this in regareds to all the messages I have read , and very dear person in my life being took advantage of ! How can our gorverment or who watches these things let them take sooooooooooooo many people and take advantage of ? My friends balance is almost as much now as it was , when he financed 6 years ago the manufactured home was 51,0000 now the principle is still49,169.09 how is that possible ? where is the money going ? Also he has a floating loan which in his papers it could be locked in after 2 years here we are 6 years later and still unable to lock in his interest rate . Made all payments so tell me this company is trust worthy ?This month his principal amount was 30.23 explain to me that ?with a payment of 552.97 at this rate the loan will never be paid off . Wheres the money ? Please I know someone has some answers .....I hope. God bless you people going through this, times are hard without getting treated like we are a bunch of dummies.
