 My mortgage was originally with Sun Trust Bank of Florida. Sun Trust sold my loan to Litton Services, and then Litton Services then sold my mortgage service to Greentree Servicing.

My original dates for my monthly payment was the 1st of every month to the 16th. after that I would be penalized a late fee and would receive a call that my loan payment is over due. This Greentree Servicing Company is the biggest harrassment agency I have ever experience in my lifetime. They call every month of every day starting on the 1st to the 16th asking when we are going to pay our payment. We have never been late with a mortgage payment. We make that payment between the 10th and the 16th of every monthper our bi-weekly paychecks. They are argumentative, rude, unprofessional, and down right thieves. My best guess is they are trying to get more dollars in as earliest as possible to earn bigger interest rates with their finances.

I called today which is 3/1/12. My main purpose was to ask when the new HARP revision law goes into effect and when I could apply. I was harrassed once again and there was no information they said about the new program and for me to call back in a week. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever been associated with. They wanted to harass me about a payment again.

Please someone help me and tell me how to get from underneath this monster of a servicing company.

Mr. Irving,
It seems I know where you make your money. It is very evident yoou are not on the side of the mortgagee. So you want the money earlier to make more interst on my money even though I have never been late . You want people to suffer so that your wallet can get even fatter.

You better take a look in the mirror. You certainly not on the side of justice nor resolve.

This company is actually a credit recovery agency.

They are calling as they show you are behind on payments.

If they call you and you tell them not to call you at home, they by law are no longer allowed to call you at home.

If they do, it's grounds for harrassment and can be sued.

Your Mortgage has ONE due date and ONE due date only..the 1st, if you pay it after the 1st you are late.  Now, you do have a "Grace Period" where if you pay it on or before the 15th you are not assessed any late fees but that does not change the fact that your payment was due on the 1st.

My best guess is they are trying to get more dollars in as earliest as possible to earn bigger interest rates with their finances.

- This line cracks me up.  YOU borrowed 10's of thousands(maybe 100's of thousands) from them and are complaining that they are wanting you to pay the money that YOU borrowed back?  Umm..if they really wanted to make the most money wouldn't they want you to pay as late as possible to earn the most interest and possibly late fees?
