Complaint Review: Greenville Pain & Spine

it appears in there own words i have problems with my spine disk but yet. they refuse to sign documents to the goverment saying there claimes they have made. I am not able to work due to being in pain 24/7. they refuse to sign documents for me to get goverment help with property taxes due to limited income and disabilty in my spine. I feel like i have been left out to dry by a firm that said i have damage but yet when it is time to stand by my side has left me out to dry and refuse to sign any documents backing up there claims. they go by a large of other named also i will post below. greenville pain and spine i am saying what you are doing is clearly deceptive and unfair business practices.   I honstly feel that i have been done wrong by this greenville nc office. I feel cheated.
