Complaint Review: Greenvillehost.com Inc

I am Kaushik Dutta and I want to complain about a Web Hosting company who is based in USA and is not giving the payment as promised by them on the website.
 
Some days back I signed up as an affiliate of GreenVilleHosting, URL http://www.greenvillehost.com/
 
They promise on their website that for every referral that the affiliates forward to them and when a sale happens they will pay the affiliate $100. Please check http://www.greenvillehost.com/affiliates
 
When I signed up I got this as a referral link (screenshot attached)

Since I offer Web marketing services in India I have many clients who need webhosting and that is why I thought that taking up the affiliate ID and referring people will make me some money.
 
Within 2days of joining GreenVilleHost one of my clients Mr. Debayan Chakraborty inquired about webhosting and I suggested him GreenVilleHost and he signed up using my affiliate ID. He paid in full for 2 years hosting charges and sent me an email that he had done so. ( copy of email from Debayan Chakraborty attached).
 
After that when I logged into my affiliate console I could not find any commissions credited to my account, but in the traffic history it showed the IP from which Debayan had purchased the web hosting plan.
 
I sent 3 requests to Affiliate manager from affiliate console (screenshot attached) with promise to get a reply within 24 hours but never received any reply.
 
I have sent them 3 emails to their sales and billing department but not received any reply to that either.
 
I called them up and I waited for over 15 minutes on the line gearing music while call transfer but nobody received the call.
 
I am at a total loss about how to get a reply from them.
 
This entire affair looks to be fraud to me and the Company is also making false promises and is duping money.
