Complaint Review: Greenway Dodge Ford Chrysler Jeep

SEARCH THIS COMPANY THROUGHOUT WEB - EXTENSIVE SHAMEFUL HISTORY!!!

Visit the dealer on a Sunday morning. Try to purchase Used Chry300 with 40000+ miles on it. Told trade is worth 9000 but since I owe more they cant do finance, have to get new vehicle to make it work. I leave but called back in to Dealer following weekend. Sunday paper says new patriot 10500 but actuality its 19K+. Never mind they dont have "any of those" on the lot same morning ad came out and I am one of only 2 customers on the lot. Sales guy Kevin says "you know how this works, nobody gets those prices its how we get people on the lot." The ones they do have thousands more. Rep appointment board in the lobby tells it all. 4 appointments scheduled that morning, 4 no shows. GEE I Wonder WHY??? They say trade now worth 6000. I ask how come, they say cause last time trade price includes rebates ATTENTION!!! This is the first dealership in the country to offer rebates on Used vehicles several years old that have thousands of miles on them LIES LIES LIES. I leave, they call me back on the phone and say they will go ahead and honor deal. The sales guy Kevin calls me on his personal phone 4 times in 20 minutes please come back right now.we will do it, my manager Kral will do deal (called from (386) 837-**** Still saved on my phone) I get there and they say original price NO DEAL! File service claim as previous customer with Corporate and they already have file open on dealership.

Advertises cars in paper they dont have but if they did they aren't priced what marked

Changes values of trade to mark up price claiming original price included rebates on a several year used vehicle with over 40k miles

Calling me on my personal phone from their personal phone multiple times in desperate attempt to get me back on lot claiming they will honor prices but when I got there no deal.
